"Pulse-Check" Support Group

Designed for Health Professionals & Public Service students, this group is for students to talk about their experiences and develop healthy coping skills. We offer a safe and healthy space for you to be supported by other students and a licensed professional counselor. We will cover a variety of topics, from boundaries (work, school, and personal) to self-care responsibilities.
