Waubonsee Community College

Inmigración: Stories of Lives in Transition

Join us for a virtual celebration that depicts the power of storytelling and catch a glimpse into a collection of immigration journeys. All stories shared are from members of the Waubonsee community. A short presentation by Jeremy Lime, immigration lawyer, will follow the stories.

Jeremy Lime is an Immigration Attorney with offices in Aurora and Chicago. His areas of specialty include family-based immigration, naturalization, and removal defense. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and the majority of Jeremy's clients are from Latin America. However, he has assisted citizens of more than 70 countries during his career. Jeremy is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and often volunteers his time with Dream Action NIU and Mutual Ground.
