The Hartford is recruiting for their next round of apprentices. Apprentices begin in the call center of The Hartford's Catastrophe Division, with the opportunity to transition to other areas of the company upon completing the apprenticeship. The Hartford pays for tuition and fees (up to $5,250 per calendar year), and any degree-seeking student is eligible to apply. Apprentices earn a wage and are eligible for benefits. Applicants do not need to be a current student, but would need to enroll in a degree program once hired.
