Engaging Leaders: Model Way

Modeling the way is how leaders make their vision tangible. Leaders provide standards by which other people in the organization calibrate their own choices and behaviors. We don't see values, but we see values manifest themselves in “moments of truth.” During this event, we will break down big problems into small doable steps. Doable steps lead to small wins, which help get people committed.
