Building Your Website - Resources and Options

If this is your first time creating a web presence for your business, there are many things to consider. Do-It-Yourself platforms are popular, but you need to know what to expect, and if it’s the best choice for you. Custom sites cost more but offer many benefits. Is there a middle ground? How do you decide? Topics covered in this workshop include:

  • Why do you need a website/digital presence?
  • How do you decide how much of a website you need?
  • Can I change my mind if I start down one path vs. another?
  • Types of websites and budget options (Pros, cons, and other info)

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to proceed when building your website.

Please use a desktop or laptop computer to join the online class. This will enable you to access the shared resources that may be distributed during the instruction.
