Art Lecture by Alberto Aguilar

Artist Alberto Aguilar will give a lecture on his artwork 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. in Von Ohlen Hall, room 201.

His art exhibition was previously on view in the Dickson Window Art Project Space. Alberto Aguilar’s artistic practice uses various strategies that include assemblage where he re-arranges objects found in his surroundings, or interventions where he makes a gesture or takes an action. His approach often uses humor as he plays with the blurring of the separation between art and everyday life.
