Art Exhibit by Nick Cipra entitled “Early Exposure”

Nick Cipra's art exhibition Early Exposure is a collection of various photographic artworks made over the past two years while attending Waubonsee Community College. In this body of work Cipra’s interest lies in making artworks that initially appear graphically interesting, while remaining subtle enough to make the viewers pause and wonder as they study each photograph individually –– encouraging them to engage in dialogue with the work. Cipra's approach to making artwork is highly influenced by critical thinking including questioning why this photograph is interesting, why it was taken, and what does it mean.
